Doha, Qatar May 1st, 2024: The Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF), has signed an agreement with Al-Hattab Holdings to help develop and host The Second Gulf Housing Week. The agreement was signed today at a ceremony at the Ministry’s headquarters in Tornado Tower, West Bay, signed by Mr. Fahd Muhammad Al-Khayarin, Assistant Undersecretary for Social Development Affairs at the Ministry of Social Development and Family and Mr. AbdulAziz Al-Kaabi, Vice Chairman of Al-Hattab Holding.

The Ministry of Social Development and Family held the second preparatory meeting of the supreme committee for the 7th Theatre Festival for Persons with Disabilities in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to review the preparations for the new edition of the festival that will be held in Doha.

The Ministry of Social Development and Family, represented by the Department of Community Welfare, collaborated with the Mada Assistive Technology Centre to organize a workshop entitled 'You Can' to promote support for persons with disabilities. This event was held in conjunction with activities marking the International Day of Creativity and Innovation at the Centre's headquarters, known as Mada Lab.
